Supporting the Director of Academic Services, you'll develop, direct and oversee the implementation of the Service Plan in line with the University's Corporate Strategy. As our Head of Content, you will be a champion and a leader, committed to articulating and implementing a vision for our 21st century Library. Operating at a senior strategic level, you will ensure that our approach to the management and delivery of academic content, including the Library collection, is strategically aligned, with an emphasis on advancing digital initiatives and services to realise the opportunities presented by new and future technologies.

With excellent knowledge of contemporary practice and innovation in the management of a digital library and related content services, you will have a positive, inclusive and collegial leadership style. You will also possess the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results, together with experience of working as a senior team member in a large and complex organisation. A successful record of leading and implementing strategic and technological change projects is also essential.
