Dear Ben,
Not sure where the 'Sequence location' section is. Which window are you
looking at? I would go to the M:Resonance:Spin Systems {Seq
Links} or {Assignments} popup and try to do some deassigning there. If you
want to further remove the resonances from the spin sysytem you would need
to do [Show Resonances] and try [Deassign] there a few times.
If this does not help, could you give some more details?
