Hello,
I was going to mention this possibility of using 2.2.2 to downgrade the
project but I wasn't 100% certain it would work so decided best not to
mention.
The general problem is as follows. You have N xml files in the project.
M of them are probably 2.3.0 updated and the remaining N-M are then older
versions (so Autodep would be happy with those).
If you open up the project in Analysis 2.2.2 then any of the M xml files
that are 2.3.0 updated will automatically be converted back to 2.2.2
format.
The first problem is can we be certain that all those M files are opened
when you open up Analysis (Analysis only opens it up if it needs to). If
any of the M files is not opened that that will not be updated.
The second problem is that even if all M files have been opened up, and so
converted, I'm not 100% positive that clicking Save which actually save
those files. So a file is saved only if Analysis thinks the data in it
has been changed while Analysi is open and I'm not 100% positive that the
action of downgrading the data in the file is by itself enough to tell
Analysis that the file has been changed. (This is a Rasmus question.)
If it is only the second problem that has occurred here then you should be
able to work around that one by typing the following at the
Analysis command line:
>>> top.project.saveAll()
Alternatively, if you email me the project off list I can take a look.
