Hi Mike,
The fftw warnings are probably harmless. There is one line in relion's
code that causes trouble for mac_osx. Just uncomment the "#define MAC_OSX"
statement on line 3895. That way, you should be able to compile relion on
a mac (I just did so on my Mountain Lion Air)
I'm not sure about the fltk errors. I remember having compiled fltk
previously on my Mac, but don't remember the details. Perhaps their
website offers insights? Anyway, fltk is only to make the GUI; relion
should still be fully functional without fltk.
Hope this helps,
Sjors

working on macos? If so, could you let me know what you did to make it
work? I have tried gcc 4.2 and gcc 4.7.1, using both gfortran and g77
(3.4)
