Dear all,
Thanks Marko and Christopher, question #1 has been resolved: indeed, I had SPM5 still running, but after installing SPM8 the image display works fine, thanks!
About question #2: I have, 23 participants of which I would like to overlay the functional activity in a certain region. I thus have 23 nii/roi_mat files that I want to overlay on a template brain, showing the overlap between these activities. In addition, I would like a scale bar with that picture showing the amount of overlap in each voxel (e.g., a red/yelllow scale bar: clear = 0, yellow = 23, and you move along the scale from clear to yellow indicating whether 3,4,5, etc. people showed significant activity in that voxel).
Is this what you propose with the Imcalc sum of binary masks? And if yes, would I then first have to make binary masks with the expression f = 'i1>100' for each nii file, before then summing the 23 binary files together? (If yes: How exactly do I fill out the expression part in the gui?).
Thanks! Nan
