The CLOCKSS Archive is pleased to announce the participation of the Global
Alliance Against Traffic in Women; Journal of Insect Biodiversity; and
Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute (MDPI).

Full announcements can be found at http://www.clockss.org/clockss/News

Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women

“GAATW is looking forward to our partnership with CLOCKSS” said Amy
Klopfenstein. “We are excited about the benefits that archiving with CLOCKSS
will provide.”

About The <http://www.gaatw.org/> Global Alliance Against Traffic in
Women: GAATW is an Alliance of more than 100 non-governmental organisations
from Africa, Asia, Europe, LAC and North America. GAATW promotes and
defends the human rights of all migrants and their families against the
threat of an increasingly globalised labor market and calls for safety
standards for migrant workers in the process of migration and in the formal
and informal work sectors - garment and food processing, agriculture and
farming, domestic work, sex work - where slavery-like conditions and
practices exist. http://www.gaatw.org

Journal of Insect Biodiversity

“We are pleased that Journal of Insect Biodiversity (JIB) will be
archived with the CLOCKSS Archive” said Levent Gültekin, Managing Editor.
“This will ensure to protect the content of the journal long-term and remain
freely accessible online for all readers and authors.”

The Journal of Insect Biodiversity is an international, peer reviewed,
open access scientific journal without charge for authors and readers. It
electronically publishes research articles, scientific notes and reviews on
all aspects regarding insect biodiversity globally. Aims of this journal are
to share and disseminate novel scientific information on the discovery and
description of insect diversity. The core scope of the journal includes
insect taxonomy, nomenclature, insect systematics, insect morphology, insect
diversity, insect biogeography, insect conservation, invasive insects, and
insect bionomics. <http://www.insectbiodiversity.org/>

Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute (MDPI)

MDPI CEO Dietrich Rordorf said, "It is a pleasure for MDPI to join the
CLOCKSS archive and hence preserve MDPIs openly available electronic
publications. We have been concerned with the preservation of our e-content
and the CLOCKSS system perfectly complements our sustainability and
preservation strategy.”

MDPI was originally founded in 1996 as Molecular Diversity Preservation
International — an institute to preserve molecular diversity by collecting
rare chemical research samples. In the same year, MDPI started the journal
Molecules as the first free electronic journal for synthetic organic
chemists. Over the years, MDPI has developed to become a professional
publishing house of open access journals, catering for diverse scientific
subjects ranging from basic research in natural and social sciences, to
engineering and applications. Today MDPI stands for Multidisciplinary
Digital Publishing Institute and is a separate entity headquartered in
Basel, Switzerland with branch offices in Beijing, China.
