Dear all,
We will be using Moodle from September and we're currently setting up a Library Scanning procedure; library staff will be the 'Designated Persons' for scanning as per the CLA Licence from September. I'm working with our Learning Technologist on this and we have a few questions.
We're interested in:
- What kind of folder system you have set up for the e-reserves (scanned material) in Moodle?
- Do you use special software to manage the scanning and reporting process (e.g. PackTracker)?
- Who provides the links to the tutors (library staff, learning technologists or can staff access the links some other way)?
- We wondered if anyone would be happy to share their procedure with us, just so we can get a clearer idea of how this works for you with Moodle?
