The Roles
=======
Sales Consultant: GIS, data and territory management
======================================
There is never a repetitive day with this demanding role. Work with a wide range of technologies, constantly assessing new and existing customer needs, understanding, demonstrating and matching products to their requirements. Work with off the shelf products or create specifications for bespoke development. Your primary responsibility is to generate revenue and increase the user base for MapMechanics products. In addition to the inherent buzz of making a sale, the remuneration for this role also includes additional uncapped performance based bonuses.
Technical Consultant: GIS & Optimisation Solutions
===================================
Working within the growing technical services team, this is an exciting and challenging role in which you will:
• assist with implementation of GIS, territory management, routing & scheduling solutions
• build positive relationships with customers
• provide detailed on-line and telephone technical support
• manipulate data and undertake work on behalf of our customers
• devise innovative ways to configure solutions to meet their way of working
• specify further development
• carry out pre-sale workshops and proof of concept activities
• supply on-site and remote implementation assistance
• train customers and staff via face to face or WebEX presentations
Requirements for both roles

You will be a GIS, maths or computing graduate. We expect you to be a natural relationship developer; positive, innovative and confident in working with customers and delivering the right solutions through your excellent communication, IT and numeracy skills. It is important that you are able to demonstrate initiative as much of what we do is new, ground breaking and at the same time vital to our customer’s operations. We will provide full training on our core software products.
