If by this ticket, you mean 94510, then I agree, the underlying problem
is being resolved in another ticket.
If someone could find a similar solution for Andrew's ticket, I'd be
grateful.

I have, I hope, requested an entry in the operations portal. Done in a
bit of a rush while trying to half listen to a talk, so corrections
