Hello,
We always recommend the Zoom products. Fantastic results. We use these items for training and recording. Best advice though on the Oral History Society website.

Subject: Audio Recording Devices
Hi there,
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, however, it seems to be the most appropriate of all my e-newsletters! Some of you may have seen my post today on the GEM newsletter, asking in general about community audio trails. I am an MA student at the IoE in Museums and Galleries in Education and am embarking on my final course project for which I am looking into and would like to create my own community audio trail for a park. I would like the sound quality to sound as professional as possible. I am looking into lower range professional sound recording devices as well as considering if there is something that could be used in conjunction with my iphone. Basically, I would really appreciate any advice that anyone has on here.
Thanking you in advance,
Best Wishes,
Sarah
