I recently used Jim Porter's "MakeBigfsf.sh" script to create a repeated
measures design involving 530 inputs, and 114 EVs.
It took a bit of trial and error though, as the initial template.fsf that
I used was missing some stuff.
I suggest creating a small design in the GUI, and starting from that as
your template.
