I can't believe we haven't fixed that yet!
Anyway, what used to happen is that it would just compare the rank (as
shown in the Experiment --> Spectra dialog in the Display Options tab).
I've changed it now so that if those are equal it then compares the
experiment names, and if those are equal it then compares the spectrum
names, and if those are equal then tough (!).
