Wow, thanks for the quickest replies to me ever on the list, I'll definitely explore all those suggestions.
The conference I'm looking at 'broadcasting' is this year's museum photography conference (www.ahfap.org.uk), we have many members all over the UK who are finding it difficult to make the trek in these straightened times so why not bring the conference to them? We at least will have a decent selection of cameras between us, but liveview feed from a Hasselblad might be too much data for the web!
