the Institute for German Studies at the University of Birmingham warmly invites you to the next event of its new major research project
"Weltanschauungen. The German Past and the Contemporary World: The Domestic and Foreign Politics of Memory".
We are delighted to welcome Professor Beverly Crawford from the University of California, Berkeley, to Birmingham.
She will share her thoughts on
"German Macht - New Power in World Politics and Hegemon in Europe?"
Dr Alister Miskimmon from Royal Holloway at the University of London and Hans Kundnani,
Editorial Director at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), will serve as discussants.
There will then be an open discussion, followed by a wine reception.
