Hi,
ICA results are normally in standard space (though it can depend on how you run it). You can show these results on top of a standard space image (of the same resolution) or another image that is *resampled* into the standard space. The transformations required to do the resampling should be available from your MELODIC run. If you are not sure about resampling, please look at the FSL Course material on registration.
