I'm pretty sure it's the VOMS server, and it's about ten minutes
fast; when you ask for a VOMS proxy it should by default give you
one that expires twelve hours in the future, but that's done as a
lifetime, it's done as an absolute expiry time. What I'm seeing if
I do a voms-proxy-init followed immediately by a voms-proxy-info
is that the VOMS extension expires twelve hours, nine mintes and
forty-six seconds in the future, which implies to me that the VOMS
server is ahead.
If no-one objects/thinks I'm wrong/beats me to it, I'll file a GGUS
