Hi
Oxford has
EMI3 SL6 CREAMCE and EMI3 SL6 WN
Only problem I found with this is non compatibility of emi3 apel parser and emi2 apel publisher. I opened a ticket https://ggus.eu/tech/ticket_show.php?ticket=93805 and as Daniela pointed out in ticket that it is possible to install emi2 apel parser with emi3 creamce. It is described here
https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/UsingCreamUMD3WithApelUMD2
Just want to confirm that I followed the procedure and it worked.
Cheers
Kashif
