But isn't it a good track record! I was in the very early days when it was
Folio/SALT and published from Western Australia. But then John Kinsella
lost a cardboard box or two of copies, so I only have one copy of PUSHING
AT SILENCE. Ho hum, ain't it the way - at least it wasn't shredded as has
happened to a few friends' titles by other publishers.
BTW John K started this list, so be kind to the whole SALT impulse.
