I think that a simple Twitter-based approach is as much as we can aspire 
to. We can invent a hashtag for the event, project the feed for that 
hashtag onto the wall, and delegate someone to watch the feed and raise 
issues which come in from outside.  And of course tweet like mad from 
the meeting, so that everyone "outside" knows what we are discussing.
