Thanks for the information Gillian, I'll double-check with Zinio before proceeding to set up links to my current title.

We were sent this information by the Marketing Director;
Each title can be viewed in an unlimited number of PCs. One single Zinio account is enough to cover a campus.
Access is made trough the created Zinio account Off campus access can be made, the account is not IP restricted. The amount and type of access provided is entirely up to each School or institution.
The subscription covers all issues published within a year from the date of purchase. Back issues are available for individual sale.
Once bought you keep the issues in your account library even if you cancel the subscription.
However, you will want to clarify this with Zinio, they will be the best people to discuss the terms of their licence with. We were given the impression though - from the excerpt I've included here, that they are talking about institutional accounts.
cheers

That's interesting - we cancelled this title after reading Zinio's Reader Licence Agreement and taking it to mean that only personal subs were permitted:
"Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Zinio, LLC ("Zinio") hereby grants Licensee a limited, personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the object code version of the software that Licensee is about to download, install or otherwise access ("Software") and any magazines or other Zinio format files made available by publishers by agreement with Zinio for use in conjunction with the Software and that Licensee may download (from Zinio's website or any other website, pursuant to an agreement with Zinio) or otherwise access now or in the future ("Files") only for Licensee's personal use in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms of ServiceSubject to the terms of this Agreement, Zinio, LLC ("Zinio") hereby grants Licensee a limited, personal, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the object code version of the software that Licensee is about to download, install or otherwise access ("Software") and any magazines or other Zinio format files made available by publishers by agreement with Zinio for use in conjunction with the Software and that Licensee may download (from Zinio's website or any other website, pursuant to an agreement with Zinio) or otherwise access now or in the future ("Files") only for Licensee's personal use in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service."

I've recently had another title made only available via Zinio, I haven't properly set this up - I will if people are sure it's permissible?

Thanks for your help Gill, that would be very helpful if you could forward contact details off list.
When I looked at the publisher's site I assumed Zinio was for purchase of individual issues rather than institutional subscriptions. Their site provides a link to E-libro for library and institution subscriptions, and on E-libro's site they say subscriptions can be purchased through their worldwide distributors: ebrary, YBP, Blackwell, and Baker & Taylor.
Regards,
Mike

We have it here at Cardiff, I believe we got the online version directly from Zinio.com:
Beginning with issue 65, 2G will be available in digital format only.
The subscription to the digital version of 2G can be made directly through Zinio International (www.zinio.com<http://www.zinio.com>)
We had the print version previously through Swets, but for online we had to register and create a Zinio account. I can send you an email address of the person we were in contact with off list if you like?
cheers

Hello All,
Is there anybody from a UK HE institution that has purchased a subscription to this title in online format, and if so could you please advise which vendor or distributor you used?
Many Thanks,
Mike Jones
