Thanks for the reminder. It seems that two versions of the hash files are
needed for different openssl versions; i.e. a new form of versionitis.
The problem, then, is that some programs need .r0 files for
all the hash files they see, else they throw an exception.
Solutions:
1) Get the other hash function and make both sets of links.
2) Change the libs to need no .r0 version.
3) Put up with all that guff in the output.
4) Settle on one hash function and get rid of the other one altoghther.
5) Find a way to work it without hash functions.
6) Etc.
Pros and cons, anyone?
