Subject: [SPM] Confusion in design matrix
Dear SPM users
I am working on PET data to distinguish between AD group and Control Group. Hence I used two sample t-test.
For Group 1 : 25 Control patients
For Group 2 : Single Alzheimer Disease Patient
But after reviewing the Design Matrix I found it reversed. Can someone please clarify this.
So what contrasts should I enter to show the significant regions associated with the Alzheimer.
A contrast of 1 -1 or -1 1? I am very confused . It will be very helpful if someone can be guide regarding this.
I have attached the design matrix.
Thanks a lot in advance!!
