Hi Emma, I wanted to share this with some friends -- you say to visit your website but I can't see the internship listed there?

Am I missing it?

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Communications internship at CIMMYT
Dear list members,
The International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT, for its acronym in Spanish) is currently recruiting for an intern in its Corporate Communications department (based just outside Mexico City). This is a PAID position, with additional housing allowance, health insurance, and arrival and return flights from your home country.
We're looking for someone who can commit for one year, starting July 2013. Ideally they should have a background in communications, journalism, or international development, an undergraduate degree, and writing or editing experience in English. Knowledge of Spanish, science, and agriculture are advantages. Primary duties include editing and producing a weekly internal newsletter, researching and writing stories for an external e-newsletter, managing CIMMYT's social media, and developing content for the website and blog.
I did this internship a couple of years ago and it's a great way for recent graduates to get into science communication (and living in Mexico is a fantastic experience in itself!). For more information go to www.cimmyt.org. To apply, please send your CV, covering letter, two writing samples (preferably non-academic), and details for two references to [log in to unmask], by 13 May 2013.
Feel free to pass this message on to anyone you think might be interested.
Best wishes,
Emma Quilligan
CIMMYT Wheat Science Writer and Project Editor
