The 2013 Wellcome Trust Science Writing Prize in association with Guardian and Observer is currently open for entries (deadline 28 April):

To encourage entrants, we're running a series of blog posts and videos interviewing different science writers about the craft. So far we've heard from Tim Radford, Jo Marchant and Roger Highfield, with more to come every week. We just posted a new video interviewing Jo, Geoff Brumfiel from Nature and Linda Geddes from New Scientist.
