Hi Deborah,
We have used the autistic society. They run a course for managers of staff with this condition but are happy to run it on-site for the individuals' colleagues too. Staff reported finding the course useful
We have had a very difficult time with issues related to this condition I would be happy to discuss some of them with you off line if you feel that you need anything more at any point.
Regards
Donna Budden

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Aspergers
A member of staff suffers from Aspergers and their behaviour sometimes impacts on other members of staff. The service has all the written information from the Autism Society etc, but they would like someone to talk to the team about working alongside someone with this condition.
Does anyone out there know of any organisation who could meet this need e.g. Autism Society, Remploy, Job Centre Plus?
