Dear FSL Experts,
I will be much obliged if you could provide me with leads to the following questions :
1. I'm trying to use Random Field Theory to correct for multiple comparisons in a DTI dataset. I believe that the smoothness estimates (FWHM) would need to be computed from the residuals volume (likely dti_sse.nii.gz output from dtifit).
2. However, my statistical comparisons are in the FA (Fractional Anisotropy) volume. It appears there is tremendous difference between the FWHM values computed on the FA volume versus the residuals even if done only on the white matter tracts.
Perhaps one should compute FWHM on the FA volume only ?
Any leads would be most welcome and appreciated.
Thank you,
Kumar.
