I have question related to this post.
I did a three-group analysis and I set up the F-test as you suggested:
1 0 -1
0 1 -1
contrasts simultaneously (2 checks in the F-test column).
I am not sure how to know whether the overall effect is significant. I do have significant effects in one of the two contrasts based on what I see in the corrected stats maps that randomise generates, but there are no outputs (maps) for the F-test. How do I know the F-test is significant?
