Hi,
This is a syntax error - all double minus options require an equals sign and no spaces if you are specifying an argument for them.
All the best,

I am using FSL v1.2 build 419 and --labels is available as an option. Not sure if a different build doesn't have the --label option. In either case, I have tried to use the --label option but get an error.
fslmeants -i <input path> -m <mask path with 11 spherical ROIs> --label <mask path with 11 spherical ROIs> -o <output path> --transpose
I get the following error:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Utilities::X_OptionError'
what(): --label: Missing non-optional argument!
I understand that --showall can't be used in conjunction with --label. I assumed my 3D file with the ROIs labelled 1-11 via intensity would suffice as the 3D label image file. Is this assumption incorrect? If not, what would satisfy the --label image file?
