http://storm.forge.cnaf.infn.it/home:
29/11/2012 a new issue has been found on StoRM last release 1.10.0, if
you are willing to update your StoRM installation consider NOT to update
StoRM FrontEnd component or to wait to our next coming bugfix release
StoRM 1.10.1
Which has not yet been released in EMI-2.

If I'm not allowed to run EMI-1, and recommended not to run the release
in EMI-2, I was assuming I'd go straight to EMI-3. Clearly, EMI-3 needs
to have been released for me to do that.
