Hi Mark,
if you search the list archives at
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?S1=spm for "percent signal
change" there are several hundred hits. If you work your way up to the
most recent hits, there is a post of mine from last week:
https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=SPM;5e37f98b.1303
More specifically, percent signal change is not usually stored in spm
but must be approximated by relating the beta images you are interested
in to the baseline beta. So you will need to select and handle at least
three files, as well as extract the maximum scaling factor from the
corresponding design matrix. Perhaps you can find someone locally who
implements this for you.
Cheers,
Marko
