I would be very interested to know if/how others are embedding peer observation/review of teaching within your annual PDR processes.
Is POT engagement data available at all at institutional level (presumably in anonymous format)? Do you have any effective mechanisms for picking up on the kinds of development needs which are being approached through POT? Can you capture 'good news' on what flows out of POT activities? Do you issue any guidance to academic managers and/or academic staff generally on including POT in their PDR discussions?
If you would be willing to share your practice or just your thoughts on any of these or other related points, I am happy to collate and post back to the list in due course.
