Can anyone point me in the direction of evaluation reports for digital/online engagement programmes, in particular user-generated content initiatives, from museums, archives, galleries or similar institutions? I'm looking for anything publically available or anything you might be willing to share privately (discretion is assured!). Or, if you were involved in such a project yourself would you be willing to share what you learnt? I'm particularly interested in anything which assesses how successful such initiatives were at engaging with target audiences or "hard to reach" groups.
