Hi Anne,
There is also QuestionPoint which allows all types questions to be entered into the software as well as questions that come into the software; comprehensive reporting is available for this.
With thanks,

Hi Anne
We don't operate a tally at the moment but are considering, so I would be interested to hear your findings on this one.
Many thanks

Subject: [lis-e-resources] Reference Desk statistics software
Hi all,
We would like to keep a record of enquiries made at the reference desks by using a database, piece of software etc. Could I ask what other libraries are using and if it is proving successful in terms of keeping track of the different types of enquiries etc?
Many thanks,
Anne
