On the same issues mentioned Yesterday in connection with a property case (falsification of personal details and refusal to dispose of the wrong records by a number of NHS and private GP subjects) here is another, opposite, point of view: notices of correction required to credit reports files that have been affected by false 'bad debt' references and various inaccuracies.
In the first case, a misleading representation is obtained cumulating mistakes with cross references (A makes a wrong note that B quote as justification for another wrong note and so on and so on, in a 'cumulative mess trajectory' that has no solution other than deletion of data and recreation from scratch of the records, exactly what we DO NOT tend to consider appropriate as far as health and medical matters are concerned).
In the second case the same effect is obtained through repetition of the same pattern of creation of fictitious 'bad debt' by multiple subjects - so that the only way to expose the abuses is to keep the records and show the errors and the pattern - that is exactly what people bankrupted and overwhelmed with this type of attacks tend not to do as it is quite time consuming. I put online the requests made to credit references agencies at http://www.brunellalongo.co.uk/notices.html
In both cases the effect is the same: attacking the reputation and credibility of the target with a 'storm' of data pitfalls. I believe such abuses of personal data should be prevented and punished and I will be pleased to work and give all my possible support in this direction.
