Hi Jane,
PICARD treats 450 and 850 um data as originating from different
instruments and thus can't process them in a single call. However, if
that is a feature that you'd like then I can certainly look into it.
It's a non-obvious feature, that's tripped up more than a few... I keep
a list of hints/gotchas like that on the PICARD web page:
http://www.oracdr.org/oracdr/PICARD
It is indeed easy to run PICARD from a shell script though. Your best
bet would be to put the names of the 850 um files into one text file,
the 450 in another and add, say,`cat 850files.lis` to the command line
(replacing the reduced/*.sdf).
Are you sure you want to run CALC_SCUBA2_FCF, or is it SCUBA2_CHECK_CAL
that you're interested in?
