Hi,
I have 2 groups (control, patient) of subjects and I did simple correlation analyses using a behavior score as a covariate in SPM 2nd-level analysis. I found region R showed correlation in group map of patient but not control. Then I can say this region showed association with the score in patients, not normal subjects.
But, if I want to say, well, the correlation is higher in patients than in controls, how can I prove that? Make another higher 2-sample t-test and see if region R survives? (If so, what should I use as "group 1 scans" and group 2 scans"?).
Thanks in advance.
