If you are using updates from later than 2012-02-09 (not sure about
earlier versions), then you should not have the option to select the
individual volumes within your 4D files. By default, it will generate
warped versions of all volumes within the 4D file. If your version of
SPM8 does allow you to select multiple volumes, then I'd suggest only
selecting the first volume of the file.
