medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture
I tried to argue that only monks (not nuns) lived in monasteries, but
nobody supported me. I'd be more concerned at the claim that the
Scottish Reformation (and hence the dissolution of the monasteries)
happened in 1558.
