Hi,
The unwarping is done early in the pipeline and the filtered_func_data image is already unwarped.
All the best,
Mark

I used this fieldmap in the functional analysis. I'd now like to conduct a PPI analysis using a seed region that was revealed by my functional analysis. I made my psychological and physiological regressors and I'm now setting up my analysis in FEAT. From what I understand, at this step I'm supposed to skip all pre-stats because I'm inputting my filtered_func data into FEAT. So, here's my question, if I skip the pre-stats, does this mean that I'm skipping the step of unwarping with my fieldmap? Or is this unwarping already incorporated into my 1st level filtered_func nifti file? Finally, if it's not incorporated, would you know how I can include the fieldmap in my PPI analysis? Any thoughts, ideas, advice would be greatly appreciated!
