Dear fsl experts,
I’m running a dual regression analysis with randomise afterwards. My question relates to the multiple testing correction.
You explained in the user guide that when doing a two sample t-test over more than one a priori chosen network, a correction has to be applied.
In my analysis I only have one group and one predictor of interest. I want to test positive as well as negative correlations with that predictor in 4 different resting state networks. Do I also have to correct for multiple comparison in that case? So, 0.05 / (4*2) = 0.00625?
Thank you in advance,
Best regards
