Take the cluster size and multiply it by your voxel size. If for some
reason you do not know your voxel size, you can use:
hdr=spm_vol(imagename);
OUT=prod(sqrt(sum(hdr.mat(1:3,1:3).^2)));
OUT is your voxel size.
For 2x2x2mm voxels, the voxel size will be 8 cubic millimeters.
