Dear Jane,
Cz is called E257 in SPM default channel location file for EGI so if
you use those files (you should load them manually) you should rename
it to E257. If you have your own locations file where that location is
name Cz then you can keep Cz, The main thing is that the channel name
and electrode location label match.
