Hi,
We are thinking of reviewing what we charge for Inter-library loans.
Currently we charge £6 per request - whether book or article and this is applicable to all user-groups.
We have been charging at this rate for at least 12 years and now with the inflated prices from the British Library, we feel it's time to either increase our charges - or maybe even get rid of them as some institutions seem to do.
Just wondered if you could take a couple of minutes to answer the following questions so we can get an idea of what other institutions are doing.
1. Do you charge for your ILLs?
If yes,
2. How much do you charge?
3. Would you consider removing all charges?
Many thanks,
Louise
