I renewed a few at the end of last week and I saw this error message intermittently. I retried and it worked for me on the second attempt. I thought it quite strange but blamed myself.
Now I come to renew another host cert, I get the same issue every time.

Subject: problem to renew a host certificate
Hello
I was trying to renew hosts certificates.
I'm following the usual procedure (i did this many time successfully):
I'm using web interface ( Firefox on mac). I go to https://ca.grid-support.ac.uk/
I choose "Renew a Valid Certificate" and host certificate which I need to renew.
At https://ca.grid-support.ac.uk/cgi-bin/pub/pki?cmd=getStaticPage&name=index
I see an error message:
"Error 700
General Error You must provide at least a given name plus a surname (both spelled out in full)"
Am I missing new procedure/doing smth wrong?
Your help is much appreciated.
Elena
ps I was trying to renew 2 certificates and Paul tried to do the same and we always get the same error.
