Dear SPM experts,
My fMRI experiment was a block design. There were six blocks for each condition. I hoped to analyze the effect of block order in a flexible factorial design. That is, to compare the difference between the first block and the second block and so on.
However, when I did the model estimation, the following error message occurred:
Temporal non-sphericity (over voxels)
.
.
Warning: Matrix is close to singular or badly scaled.
Results may be inaccurate. RCOND = -1.000000e+000.
How could I fix it or there is any other way to analyze the block effect?
Any suggestion is appreciate!
Thanks!
Sincerely,
Veda
