Hello,
the segmentation routine does all the processing when run, but it does
not necessarily write out all results. If you specify the files to
process in the batch manager, scroll down and check the options which
files to write. This will get you what you want (at least, it will give
you the option to write out several files, for the processing of which I
suggest you consult the list archives and manuals).
