Hello,
I am at a new organisation and have the opportunity to purchase paper filing supplies and furniture. Currently assistants are using arch-lever files which takes up too much shelf space. They like these files however because they can use plastic slips with them and so avoid punching holes in documents.
I would appreciate some advice and tips on purchasing supplies and furniture (no brand/supplier names), for example:
-- suspension files and folders, with cabinets for these
-- folder clips
--mobile shelving
--open shelving
I remember I used to work with files that took a single hole punch on the upper left side and then a metal clip, so the documents were punched on the top left corner rather than on the side, but I can't seem to find these again.
Thank you,
Paula McClure
