Apologies for Cross Posting
Dear Colleagues,
I'm pleased to announce the provisional programme for the symposium, 'Fast/Slow: Intensifications of Cinematic Speed', 4-5 April 2013, Anglia Ruskin University
A draft version of the symposium programme is currently available here:
http://fastslowsymposium.wordpress.com
Registration for the event is now open (£40 staff /£20 unaffiliated), and places can be booked here:
www.anglia.ac.uk/fastslow
The symposium calls for a critical interrogation of speeds, rhythms, and duration in the cinema, beyond the fast/slow divide.
Keynote speakers include Professor Karen Beckman (UPenn) and Professor Sean Cubitt (Goldsmiths)
For queries about the event, please contact one of the symposium organisers: [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask]
