The latest version of Terracotta doesn't have a tomcat tim module as
they (Terracotta) are trying to move away from DSO to EHCache express-
there's a bit more about it here:

FWIW I'm currently taking the path of least-resistance and sticking with
an older version of Terracotta (3.5.4 to be exact).
