Hi Sally

We do the same as Marianne, I think it is important to go by the real time so if anything happens in an exam, you record the real time of the incident. Regards,

Hi Sally

I never change the clocks. I go with the time on the clock and publish the end times at the front of the room. So an 1½ hour exam starting at
09.32 will end at 11.02. For me the clock is just a measuring device.

Kind regards

Hi everyone
We are discussing the best way forward concerning clocks in exam rooms, do your invigilators change the clock to reflect the intended start time in the Hall so if the exam was due to start at 9.30am and it actually started at 9.32am for example?
We need to agree consistently with all our invigilators as there seems to be differing practice which can be confusing.

Thanks
Sally
